Expectations create disappointment. Expectations about how life will happen. Expectations about how anything or turn out. Those expectations set you up for frustration and pain.
You don’t know what will happen. The future doesn’t exist. All you have is now. The present is all you can affect. Be happy & enjoy the now. Do what’s necessary in the present. Create a life you can remember and be proud of.
The future doesn’t exist. You don’t move through time. Time moves through you.
Study for the test. Write the book. Tell that person that you love them. Give and get the hugs you want. Enjoy the present while working to be better.
